As a side project for myself, I wanted to design my own tarot card deck, more specifically the major arcana set. Knowing that tarot cards have a theme within them, I chose to represent my tarot card designs with different kind of bugs and their specific meanings. I had completed almost half of them, but the moon design was definitely one of my favorites. For my Wearable Messages class, one of our projects was to do a screen-print of a design that we wanted. While coming up with other designs, the moon design was a very intricate and unique piece, focusing on using the moon phases and lunar moths. The design came out so well, and I had some of my lovely classmates be models for my design.
